How to Fix “Windows Store 0x80073DOA” Error on Windows 10


“Windows Store” is an official app purchasing tool in Windows 10. However, “Windows 10” provides multiple features to access and purchase new and updated software or application through the “Windows Store.” Still, users face various issues while trying to install a particular application or software on their device. Then, when the device refuses to process the particular update or download, it flashes an error code on Windows 10. Removing “Windows Cache-Store”

§  “PowerShell_Execution.Policy_Unrestricted Command”
§  Then, hit the “Enter” key there.

§  “$manifest = (Get_-AppxPackage_Microsoft._WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘\\_AppxManifest.xml_ ; Add-_AppxPackage -Disable_DevelopmentMode -Register $_manifest.”

Disabling “AntiVirus” and “Windows Firewall”
If you are using third party antivirus, then it is recommended to check the program as it might cause the issue to your “Windows Store.” Follow these steps to turn off your antivirus and then check that the issue has gone:
§  First and foremost, navigate to “Task Manager.”
§  Then, please turn off your antivirus in case it is running.
§  Then, navigate to the “Taskbar” and then search for the security software icon.
§  After that, apply right click on the option and then tap on the “Disable” option.
After turning off the antivirus, it is recommended to “Turn OFF” your “Windows Defender Firewall” in the following ways:
§  First and foremost, press “Window + X” keys simultaneously and then choose the option “Control Panel.”
§  Now, locate the “Firewall” and hit on it.
§  Then, please navigate to the On-OFF tab and then tap it.
§  After that, You are required to type the passcode related to the administrator’s user account. Then provide the relevant information and tap on “OK” to proceed.
§  Now, deactivate the “Firewall” by toggling the tab to “OFF.” It is recommended to turn the feature Off for both public and private networks.

Setting Up your System’s “Date and Time”
If your system bears incorrect or inappropriate time and date schedule, then follow these steps to adjust it as it might also create an issue for your device:
§  First of all, tap the “Window” logo and “I” keys altogether.
§  After a while, the settings page will expand on your system, then search for the “Date and Time” option there.
§  Now, make sure that the “Settings” are up to date and accurate. If not, then it is recommended to turn it “Off” and make appropriate modifications.

Reinstalling “Windows Store”
§  First and foremost, tap “Window + R” keys at one go.
§  Then enter the following keywords: “PowerShell,” followed by entering the key.
§  Now, apply right click on the search result and run your program as “Administrator.”
§  Then, enter “Ger_Appx_package_Alluser,” followed by “Enter.”
§  Now, search the “Windows Store” entry and then copy the specific package details.
§  After that, type the command:
§  “Add-_AppxPackage -register “C:\\_Program Files\\ Windows_Apps\ \” –Disable_DevelopmentMode”
§  Now, you should have to rename the “PackageFullname” to the package name related to the Windows Store in place of “C.” Then type the system’s root drive letter.
§  Return to the “PowerShell” and type “Add-_AppxPackag_ -register “C:\\ Program Files_\ \ WindowsApps\\” –_Disable_DevelopmentMode” and press Enter.
§  Finally, reboot your system to save the changes.
